Tan Dun Double Bass Concerto

With music that is deeply linked to the world of cinema, Chinese Tan Dun is one of the world’s most played and popular composers. The music he composed for the film Hero (2002) reached millions of people all over the world. His music for the film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) won an Academy Award for Best Original Score.
